Are your colored contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, your safety is our priority. All our lenses are ISO and CE certified, sourced from reputable manufacturers in South Korea to ensure the highest quality and comfort standards.
How long does shipping take?
We offer various shipping methods. Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, while Express shipping via DHL or FedEx usually arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do I need a prescription to order from PinkyParadise?
Even if you have perfect vision, we recommend consulting an eye care professional before wearing contact lenses. You can select '0.00' (Plano) for non-prescription cosmetic lenses.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or used.

How do I care for my new contact lenses?
